Material Supply MoU: Pricing based on purchase orders as per VALIMPEX quotations.
Consultancy Agreement: Consultancy fee of €104,688 (exclusive of taxes), payable for
complete engineering, design, supervision, inspection, and project support services.
Reimbursement of actual travel, lodging, boarding, and domestic conveyance expenses.
Payments as per invoicing and agreed credit period. |
